Leimert Park Jazz Festival

Join us for a FREE, diverse and family friendly event filled with jazz, community and culture brought to you by the Leimert Park Jazz Festival. Doors open at 11:30 with musical performances from 12:20pm to 8:40pm by Pete Escovedo & Family, John Beasley, Munyungo’s Jungle Jazz and more! There will also be a Visual Arts Pavilion where you can meet the winners and finalists from the 2020-2022 Leimert Park Jazz Festival Art Competitions whose artworks will be on display and available for purchase.

There will also be a Community Resource Zone, Kids’ Zone, Food Truck Zone and a Wine & Beer Lounge.

Back to School Drive & Movie Night

Did you know that starting the school year off with the necessary supplies boosts self esteem, promotes learning and helps keep kids in school? Thats why we are excited to be partnering with Kee Riche$, California Dream Makers Daycare and Watts Chosen Angels for another Back to School Drive.

What we need: Backpacks, pencils, rulers, notebooks, colored pencils, binders, folders, clothes, and shoes.

Criminal Expungement Event

Criminal Expungement Event

The Criminal Expungement Event provides FREE assistance with clearing your criminal history if you have prior arrests and/or old misdemeanor convictions. Criminal records can prevent you from getting certain jobs, housing or participating in federal and state programs. Registration is required to be seen at this event.

Make sure to bring your Photo ID/Drivers License.

Light refreshments and PPE equipment will be provided.
