Jaylon “JayDaGreat” McCarley, Founder of Greatness Gang, is a 17 year old entrepreneur and designer from Memphis, Tennessee. He is committed to making others look and feel like the best version of themselves through designer streetwear.
When Jaylon is not expanding his business plan and manufacturing new designs, he enjoys writing poetry, playing sports, and spending time with his family.
Jaylon believes that creativity is everything. He wants to inspire other young adults to express their own and achieve great success.
