Chris Chiozza x Brooklyn Ballers

We partnered with Chris Chiozza who offered his time, influence, and network as host of our Just Us & Peace x Brooklyn Hunger Relief initiative planned for 11.21.20. After connecting with the BKN Nets organization together, Chris & our SJL team were able to secure the Barclay's Center as the event location.

With COVID cases spiked significantly leading into the event, we worked with Chris to quickly adjust our plan by cancelling our in-person distribution and announcing a bulk essential product contribution to Coach Gill & the Brooklyn Ballers organization. Together we recorded a virtual intro & live donation with Coach Gill, and created content for Instagram and the YES Network that channeled our impact into inspiration.

Chris' ability to combat COVID-risks and safely uplift Brooklyn families was heroic!
